This is a place for reflections, practices, guided meditations, and teachings drawn from my work as a therapist, meditation teacher, and Dharma teacher.

Many of us spend so much of our lives caught in thinking, planning, striving, worrying, or trying to hold everything together. These resources are invitations to pause, come back to the body, reconnect with the heart, and remember the deeper ground of awareness that is always here.

You'll find practical tools for working with emotions, relationships, mindfulness, self-compassion, and the challenges of being human. My hope is that these offerings support you in meeting your experience with greater presence, wisdom, and care.

Take what is helpful. Return often. And know that you do not have to navigate life alone.

Feeding Your Demons

In Western culture, we are raised on the myth of the dragon-slaying hero. We are taught that when an inner monster shows up—whether it is shame, depression, panic, or addiction—we must draw our swords. We try to suppress it, ignore it, or eliminate it.

But in the realm of the psyche, what we fight only grows stronger.
